I came for my appointment and had an allergic reaction while the lashes were being put on me. The lady stopped and took off everything, and told me to come back tomorrow to settle things. To my dismay, I wasn’t provided a refund given that I booked through Treatwell, and the salon said I can only get a refund from Treatwell at this stage. Treatwell however advised me to reach out to the salon. I had to dispute this charge through my credit card, and it’s still ongoing
