Unfortunately this time it was not a great experience. The lady who did my massage was very nice but the treatment was not delivered well. However I’ve had better experience there previously.

Clean calming facilities, lovely staff, and the most attentive pedicure I have ever received at any salon in London. Regency came recommended by a friend and I can see why. Devanshi was also the loveliest human being and made my treatment a delight!
