The filing of the nail for the gel removal was painful and caused the skin to break around my fingers. The nail painting was not as neat and tidy as I would have expected especially as these prices.

The Regency Beauty London is easy to get to and is a very clean and welcoming. Manu was a great practitioner making sure that the temperature of the Wax was just right and taking her time. It’s a really big benefit that they use Lycon waxing which is my favourite type, will be returning very soon.

Don't waste your money. While gel manicure was good but pricey, the anti-acne facial was a disaster. I walked out halfway through. Therapist couldn't work any of the machines, regularly left the room to ask for help, exfoliated my face extremely vigorously despite my sensitive skin so the next day it kept bleeding, poured water over my face and in my ear after incorrect use of hydradermabrasion system, etc. Very poor customer service afterwards. Salon owner was dismissive over the incident.
