Mannu is a lovely person. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not a very good one. Initially I went for a shellac manicure but i decided to try the BIAB technique (for the first time).
Issue number 1: the salon didn’t have many colours and even the ones i was keen on, they did not have them in stock either. Issue number 2: we had to re-do the top coating 3 times because the product kept coming off as “sticky” on my nails and I had to express my concern twice until Mannu realized it.
