I have never been so unhappy with nails. Lyndsey the nail technician was talking about me to the others in her native language because I said I was unhappy with my nails.
They are uneven, bumpy, misshapen, thick, there’s glue all over fingers.
I misunderstood a ‘French tip’ bit that’s because lyndsey didn’t make this clear to me. I felt unwelcome, stupid and cried when I left. Horrendous experience

Not sure what happend with this place! My nails are odd shaped, the colour was rushed and therefore got all over my hands (and RING) and the staff just seemed like they wanted to go home. I think they've changed the staff.
