I always come here to get my nails done so I was really disappointed when I booked in to arrive and there was just one lady working there who was not aware of my appointment and when I said I had prepaid on treatwell she said she was too busy to do my nails. I asked what I should do as I have already paid to which she kept saying ‘I don’t know’. No offer of a refund and then walked away as I stood there. I sent an email over a week ago to the email provided on treatwell to no response or refund

The technician had gone home despite my booking in the calendar. I was then assigned to a different staff member, the treatment was very rude, salon and equipment overall is not clean and the result was quite bad as well. Lots of the old colour showing through, bumps and air bubbles in the biab and all nails lifted which I normally have no issues with. Cannot recommend!
