These were the worst nails I’ve ever had in my life. The edges were so messy it looks like I’ve done them myself and the biab was so wonky. I kept having to ask for nails to be re done and they still turned out terribly. I sent a video to my friends and they couldn’t believe it.

Very disappointed!! Booked an appointment for 1:30pm, arrived slightly earlier and when I said I’d booked an appointment they looked surprised, told me my nail technician I’d booked in with wasn’t even in work and that I’d just have to wait. I asked for a time as I’d booked my appointment specifically as I was going away and had little time and I was told that they didn’t know, even though I’d pre-booked!! Massive let down, got my nails done elsewhere!!
