Ian is absolutely lovely. My previous shellac manicure lasted longer than any other manicure I have had at other salons. (I have really struggled with my nails, while having the shellac on, as it chips off and after, they have generally destroyed my nails). But not the shellac manicure at Regal nails. Ian takes his time, he is very careful and precise and knows I have struggled. When there has been a problem he is willing to help. Thank you Ian :)
