One of the best messages I’ve ever had, and I have had many! She tailored the massage to me really well, perfect level of pressure. A mix of styles suited to me. Only disappointment is that I don’t live close by and so can’t come regularly! Would highly recommend.

Rachel has been fab, had a massage on my legs due to arthritis . She gave good advice on how to keep on top of the pain. I can really recommend Regain pain Management for all aches and pains

I have had 3 myofascical therepy massages so far, Rachel is very good, she keeps me informed of everything she does . She is very knowledgeable about what is good for your skin.
