Top star treatment , a very warm welcome and great cut and colour . Charlene listens to all that you need and feeds back with a second to none consultation .Not only does she guide you through everything technical , but is also very honest with the expectations and the result , explaining any discrepancies of differences from what you might expect .
Charlene is very realistic in her advice and reassures and tals you all the way through any treatments
I was 4 hours in a long process for my hair ,changing it from short layered red hair to short pixie style blonde . She will advise if does not agree , however will work towards a goal with you if you want a refreshing and radical change . I am absolutely thrilled with my new look and you can tell that she does her job with enthusiasm and passion . A very warm friendly caring and professional hair stylist and business woman

I was impressed with my first visit to Refreshed Hair Salon. Very relaxed atmosphere in newly refurbished premises. Chairs are comfortable, tasty cup of tea, and warm, welcoming, professional hair stylist, Charlene, was the icing on the cake! Had a dry cut (long hair) and super pleased with the results of my tamed mane! Looking forward to my next visit.
