The classic facial was so relaxing. I came out feeling so very relaxed and happy - also looking much better! Hayley is so kind and considerate in everything she does and has the hands of an angel! Looking to book more dates in the diary / it was a slice of heaven going to see Hayley.

Hayley really knows what she is doing and is genuinely concerned with the well-being of her clients. As a perfectionist, her nail tech is top class; the classic facial was the best I have ever had; the environment is thoroughly relaxing (and I LOVED the heated treatment bed).
I am grateful to Pernickerty Hair for finding Hayley and establishing Refreshed Beauty for us. I just hope I have got into Hayley’s diary before It is packed out with regulars!
