So happy with my hair. Charlene always works wonders. Friendly staff and excellent customer service, as always! Staff have clearly worked so hard to keep the salon Covid safe but also keep it relaxing and welcoming.

The salon is very modern and is really clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I entered the salon with my hair looking a mess and feeling a bit flat, but left with my hair looking great and feeling confident. Caroline listened to what I wanted and done a great job. The blow dry lasted well. I would definitely recommend the salon.

I’ve been to Refreshed a few times now and have never been disappointed by the service I have received from Charlene or Caroline. I have frizzy thick hair, so it’s great that I can pop in for a dry cut. Charlene was wearing full PPE and I watched her fully sanitize the chair and equipment before I was allowed to sit down. I wore a mask and felt totally safe. Lovely atmosphere by skilled friendly hairdressers.

I have gone from having long hair, to 5 inches off, changes of colour, Charlene always cuts my hair exactly how I like it, and always goes the extra mile when styling at the end! Gives great advice and the atmosphere is always relaxing, made better with a latte! I live in Salford and travel to salon refreshed! Worth it 100%!
