Decided to go a complete colour change, after my consultation. Caroline was brilliant, very knowledgeable and talked me through all the stages. All the staff go above and beyond, they are like a lovely family who welcome you. Left with a complete different hair colour, just what i wanted. Thank you all so much, cannot wait to see you all again :)
