I went to have a patch test a couple of days before my appointment and both Charlene and Caroline were really helpful and friendly. Caroline did my full colour tint and cut - she was brilliant! She was very professional and gave me great advice on colour options as my natural colour is black. She did a great job on my haircut and spent the time to style it too. Thank you so much - I love it! I'll see you again for my next appointment.
