I am always wary when trying a new hairdresser but I didn't have anything to worry about. Charlene was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted.
My appointment has already overrun in time and Charlene was not happy with the last toner treatment and took it upon herself to stay late and redo the process. This is the first time I have ever had a stylist do this and what a refreshing change to see someone take so much pride in their work even if it means staying back for hours.
The pricing is very reasonable and service impeccable, will definitely be returning, thanks Charlene
