I find going to get my hair done can feel a bit intimidating but as soon as I walked into Reframe I was welcomed and made to feel relaxed. When I had my hair washed, I was given a mini head massage which was so lovely and then I had Jessica doing my hair and she was so lovely. She made sure she knew what I wanted, but also gave her opinion when I asked for it. I'm so happy with the cut and my experience overall means I've definitely found my new regular hairdresser!

I am a returning customer, my 2nd visit and once again Jessica was just brilliant, she just listens, like really listens, takes it all in and then cuts/styles my hair beautifully!
I would highly recommend Jessica, an absolute talent.
