Jessica is lovely. Very friendly and professional. The best thing is she is easy to talk to, listens to how you want your hair and does her very best to achieve the style you want. After having had the same hairdresser for over 30 years, I had been to 4 salons before trying Jessica at Reframe. None of them understood when I tried to explain how I wanted my hair. Jessica did an excellent first cut and we've worked together from there. My cut on Friday was brilliant.
