This was my first visit to Reform so it was all an unknown quantity to me. Becky was very welcoming and listened attentively to what I had to say, giving good advice. I had booked for just a dry cut but in the end Becky was also happy to wash, cut and blow dry my hair. I was very pleased with the finished result and Becky coped well with my challenging fine hair and alopecia. I was so pleased with my experience I have booked my next appointment!
