1st visit to Reflexions but will definitely return. Booked through Treatwell and Alma at the salon efficiently rang me back the same day to confirm the appointmnt and arrange a patch test. Felt so comfortable and trusting in Alma on meeting her, came out with a total restyle and new colour. Very happy.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Ella, who was friendly and listened to me. She was professional and lovely. Highly recommend! Love the haircut.
Unfortunately Treatwell had apparently not informed the salon of my appointment. Luckily it was quiet, so they fit me in, but this was a little disorganised
