I had a terrible experience — I got second-degree burns on my face from a waxing session. My skin became red, swollen, and very painful, then turned dark within a day. It was clearly done without proper care or attention. I needed medical treatment and may have lasting marks. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be cautious. A professional should never allow this kind of injury to happen. it was a severe burn that needed medical attentionand may leave long-term marks or scarring.
