Got the job done! I booked very last minute (about an hour before) for a Hollywood hot wax, and was seen on time. The beauty therapist was efficient and timely, but kept showing me the wax strips which I really didn’t enjoy (I’m fine with viewing the finished product thanks!). The men upstairs in the salon weren’t too friendly, telling me I needed a haircut on the way out (probably true) but other than that great!
