Refined beauty is my go to nail salon. The nails techs are so talented at what they do and I never leave disappointed. They are always happy to chat too. I would recommend this salon to anyone :))
Amazing experience at Refined Nail in Richmond, London! The Lady Boss and staffs are super friendly and did my nail art exactly how I wanted. Great quality and honestly, you can’t find prices like this in Richmond anymore. Very happy and will definitely be back! 💅✨

Terrible service, attention to detail really lacked. I’ve had what I thought/ asked for BIAB manicure removed and the nail tech who removed them at Townhouse advised they were acrylic not biab and poorly applied. Damaged my nails as overlaid over BIAB.
Lovely relaxing Sunday morning manicure, friendly five star service, coffee and biscuits on arrival & great value. This is a really nice nail salon and I can highly recommend 😊
This is the 2nd time visiting this salon and I just have one word to explain my experience “wow” from the service to the vibe everything is amazing .This time Jenny did my nails and I absolutely love them ! I asked for french Tips with chrome .When I walked into the salon I didn’t know what to go for but when I left I was happy with my choice ! Also this is one place I would like to gatekeep 😅but it’s too good I need to share my experience 😊
