Can’t even review as turned up for my appointment waited on the doorstep for ten minutes to be greeted by a woman speaking very broken English telling me to come back in 1 hour because she was busy . Not entirely sure if fault lies with this app or the salon but either way not impressed

The shop entrance looks professional and clean but when I got told to go downstairs, I soon started to see the reality. It looked more like someone's flat than a business, not to mention the only staff there could barely speak English. Then when the lady started my massage she was consistently getting phone calls and messages which she stopped the massage for. She also got a call from who I can only think is a co-owner asking me if I've paid, mid-way through my massage! Very aggressive in communication and ruined the whole experience. I would suggest everyone to think before you decide to go here. It really isn't worth the £40 for a 1 hour massage (which lasted only 45 minutes) and the only oil used was baby oil as well as the fact that there isn't any music to create a relaxing ambiance
