I had my first ever reflexology session with Siobhan. I didn't know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Siobhan made me feel totally at ease. The music was soothing and the treatment so relaxing I fell in and out of sleep. And, I was totally amazed that she was able to pick up on several minor health issues that I was experiencing. These issues improved following my treatment. I’ve had a number of reflexology and reiki treatments from Siobhan and look forward to more.
I have had reiki, kinesiology and reflexology treatments with Siobhan at Refine Balance. I would highly recommend them all and have greatly felt the benefits of each session.
The kinesiology treatment was very transformational. It was very gentle yet very powerful and effective by getting to the root cause of my issues at the time. Siobhan is very intuitive in reading to body and recommending what is required to bring it back into balance. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
I’ve had lots of different treatments at Refine Balance and they have all been really relaxing and just what I needed. Siobhan is a very kind and caring practitioner who takes the time to listen to my needs and suggests what the best treatment would be depending on how I’m feeling. I have had facial reflexology, reiki, kinesiology and regular reflexology with her. I would 100% recommend her to a friend and can’t wait for my next appointment!
