I paid £35 for wash, cut & blowdry - firstly she did not wash my hair, only sprayed it with water. The cut was fine but then she blow dried my hair straight, I asked if it could be curly and she said no that costs extra and she has another client. It was not clear when booking that you have to pay extra for curls - this is usually included in a blow dry in professional salons. I left disappointed.
