I requested deep tissue/sports massage [5th visit] in the tired/ tangled areas in my legs, and Reanne is amazing at identifying the exact best/worst places to address from minute 1.
This is not gentle or an enjoyable hour at times. BUT!..over the next 48 hours the built-up aches/ twinges alleviate and I feel fresher, lighter, looser when I next train.
Reanne seems to really enjoy her work, isn't fazed by my screaming [seems to chuckle if anything [nicely]] and really does get results.
