Complete conn- I've prepaid for a 60 minutes bouncy blow-dry but instead, Jade spent 40 minutes rushing everything, constantly dropping tools and at the gave me a wave that didn't even last! I live 5 minutes away and my hair was completely straight by the time I got home! Maybe if she has given me the full hour I've paid for, we would've gotten better results! Appalling really and I will sadly not be returning.
