Unfortunately my girlfriend was very unhappy with the full head of highlights that she received. Despite asking for platinum blonde, the result was an ashy blonde that ended up looking very grey in colour. Several washes later have not removed the greyness from her hair, leading to much distress. The cost of the job nowhere met the results she received.

The staff were lovely and really patient as I was the last customer of the day. I just wanted my hair trimmed so no major change but they did as I asked and styled it really, really well. The blow dry lasted for days. I'd recommend and plan to visit again.
