I had a great experience here: Danielle who cut my hair was professional, warm and friendly, she listened to what I wanted and was happy to give suggestions which I really needed. I'm really happy with the cut and finish as well as the overall service- highly recommended!

While the staff was very friendly and professional, the set up for nails is terrible! There is one little table in the basement for manicures and nothing for pedicures. It is amoung the toilet and the drying racks for towels, not a very enjoyable spa experience at all. Worst of all, they do not have accommodations for pedicures so I had to sit and put my feet up of the technician's lap! It was uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Feet were not able to soak at all and it resulted in a less than stellar pedicure. Even with the manicure, cuticles were not soaked and not done thoroughly. The gel is nice but my nails beds and cuticles around them are still a mess. No hot towels, exfoliation or lotion either. Very dissatisfied with my visit and would not recommend for manicures or pedicures.
