They didn’t realised I’d booked (and paid for) a removal & nail art and didn’t have time for these. I was promised a refund for the nail art but this hasn’t been arranged. Removal was rushed and bits of old gel was left on nails. Paint job was uneven and poor. Bits of gel were stuck to my fingers. Tech was very friendly & did her best given the situation but clearly there’s either a problem with management or the booking system as this is the 2nd time I’ve had issues at RR. Very disappointed.
Linda was very friendly and offered great advice on the best nail treatment. I ended up having a biab infill and very happy with the results. Super attentive and speedy! I’ll be back for my next infill :)
