Everyone here was nice but the manicure I had was terrible. Gel removal was fine. I asked to have my nails trimmed which was done but they were all uneven & rough. I then asked if I could pay a bit extra for a very basic manicure: cut, file, buff and cuticles (no polish). They spent a further 10 mins doing this, filed them really unevenly and buffed my nails with a nail file (?!). I was then charged £22 on top of the £8 I had already paid. £30 total for gel removal and an awful basic manicure:(

They didn’t realised I’d booked (and paid for) a removal & nail art and didn’t have time for these. I was promised a refund for the nail art but this hasn’t been arranged. Removal was rushed and bits of old gel was left on nails. Paint job was uneven and poor. Bits of gel were stuck to my fingers. Tech was very friendly & did her best given the situation but clearly there’s either a problem with management or the booking system as this is the 2nd time I’ve had issues at RR. Very disappointed.
