Natalie took a lot of time to make sure she really understood what I wanted - I came in for a mullet(!!) and left with a massive smile on my face. She was hilarious, gentle and it felt like she was genuinely excited to get going, which really helped with any anxiety I had about trying a new style. I normally hate getting my hair cut and avoid until I literally can’t any more but I’ve been to Redmill twice and both experiences have been amazing - professional staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Natalie was great, super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair. I wasn't sure what sort of cut i wanted but she was so patient and asked plenty of questions to help as we went along. I love it!
Unfortunately the hairdresser went off on her own “mullet journey” and decided to completely change my hair shape.
I initially asked for a trim with edges blended around my jawline. Straight cut around the back, nice and simple.
I am now sporting an unwanted mullet, in fact I resemble the redneck version of Dolly Parton, not the look I was going for!
Seats were not cleaned between clients.
I will need a lot of Ben and Jerry’s to get over this.
