The place is lovely and the stylist is really nice. The price is brilliant too, but unfortunately I can't say it was good value. I asked for volume with a wave at the end, but my hair is completely flat and basically poker straight. I did say this to the stylist but she told me my hair was too heavy... well that has never been an issue when I've had blow drys elsewhere. I have thin, chest length hair so I can't understand that reasoning. She also asked me which side I part my hair on and used her fingers to divide it. When I pointed out it wasn't straight, she used her fingers again to flick some hair from one side to the other.
I've just got back to the office and my colleague said, "I thought you were getting a blow-dry?"... sums it up really.
