The hairdresser made me feel extremely welcome, she did a fantastic blow dry and was very quick. Only issue was with the hot water but this was not her fault. I will definitely go back!

Hair wasn’t washed properly and left completely greasy and untouched on the left side and still had some shampoo left in on the right side. Blowdry itself was shambolic - bits of hair left undone and frizzy and my hair was completely frazzled at the end from overdrying and heat. Went home and washed it again. Awful experience. I could style my own hair better when I was 10 years old.
