I was very disappointed with this hairdressers. The young girl doing my hair was very sweet and had great customer service skills however the whole experience was a complete shambles. I felt so sorry for her as she was on her own and had no help, and I could tell she was rushing the ladies hair before me as she must have felt bad that I had been waiting and they had gone over in to my appointment time.

Lottie was my hairdresser and she was so warm and lovely and accommodating. She listened to what I wanted and gave really good suggestions. The venue is in the basement part of a gym under the stairs which I rather liked as there is background music and so quite a relaxed atmosphere.
