Highly disappointed. Had previously had a hair cut with Lottie and it was perfect. I arrived for a 6pm appointment, sat in the chair at 6.25pm- and was hurried out the door by 7pm- glad the hairdresser could make up the lateness in my appointment!! Very heavy handed, hurt my head at times- no care taken and didn’t even receive the basic cut I asked for- the cut must have lasted about 5 mins in total! Felt like a number to this hairdresser. Really shocking
