The staff are lovely and well meaning. However, between two of them, they couldn't manage a simple milkmaid braid hair style, even though I've had this done at other salons in 15 mins and I was showing them YouTube hair tutorials! Given I booked this on the basis they seem to be braid pros, I am really surprised. Its not an uncommon hair style. Maybe more up do training needed? Lovely ladies. Not particularly competent braiders.

Karin gave me one of the best blowdries I've ever had - just what I asked for, bouncy with right amount of wave! And great value. only issue is it is in the base of a gym, with quite loud music pumping throughout, if you prefer a more peaceful salon experience!
