I happened to go on one of the hottest days of the year, inside was a perfect temperature, the setting was well presented and clean. Staff were friendly, professional and listened. The full body massage with Kai was excellent, I went in with aches all over my back and came out without any. It is a few days on and my back still feels great. I will definitely return
