I connect deeply with a person and through Access Bars work on areas of concern, providing an experience of deep relaxation and renewal. I work with adults who seek relaxation and relief from the sign of stress, depression and anxiety. I provide support for stressed and anxious children and teenagers who struggle with overwhelm of school and home life by providing a safe and nurturing space where they can release their worries and calm their minds.
