Went in for an eyebrow wax, the girls were really attentive and made sure they knew what shape I liked beforehand! The way they waxed made it quick and painless which was also a bonus. Will be getting my eyebrows done here again in the future.
Unfortunately the service was very disappointed. My appointments ran to an hour over the time and through out they kept telling me about a previous client asking for an extra service. Despite this they offered me an extra treatment also.
The manicure was rushed and they were annoyed when I reminded them I had not had an top coat and they rushed this and it was uneven.
The lash lint was started by one therapist and finished by the other, they whispered to each other during this handover which turned out to be about a mistake the first lady made. The results were not even and I have had to return to get this rectified which to be fair they did free of coat but she said that she knew I would contact them again about it and I feel that it would have been been to book me in there and then when they reaslied it was not done right. Overall it was not at all relaxing and disappointing ans unprofessional treatment from the staff.

Not sure if it's me, but the eyelashes on one eye look different to the eyelashes on the other eye. I look a bit weird, but I can definitely see a big improvement.

One of the few waxes in my life that didn't hurt!
The staff was very friendly, and the salon seemed very clean
