Mediocre at best. The staff at reception basically ignored me when I arrived, and when I was paying up there was a discrepancy between the price on Treatwell and their systems. I was treated dismissively even though I explained and showed what I expected to pay via the app. There were no apologies for the mix up. Plain rude. The wax itself was alright, as it was a really hot day it did not cool easily and the therapist (who was friendly) had trouble taking it off. Lots of bits still stuck on. Won’t be coming back again that’s for sure.
