I arrived at 12 and was taken at 12.30. Julie was lovely really chatty and friendly. Paid £81 for bayalage 63 for initial and then £18 for toner and roots?. My hair is more auburn noticed it more when I went into the daylight, I know I wanted to go ash/silver and would need to go lighter first but didn't want this colour. My fringe is also wonky. Felt the shop was cold for the price tag and also Julie very busy and was interupted a few good times trying to deal with other clients coming in (give her some help in the busy times).
