Carissa was super attentive! Her sports massage really helped relieved tense areas. She concluded with some stretches that would help these areas after training which was super helpful.

my treatment was really good. Bartosz did a combination of treatments in one...they were suited to what that specific part of the body needed: deep tissue, myofascial, trigger points or just massaging. overall really great treatment!
