As always, a super massage that has relieved the tension that accumulates in my back and glute. Thanks Ryan.

Although I am having massages primarily for my back, due to recent 'twinges', Ryan has been looking at releasing my Glute and Hamstring muscles as well. Have to say that with all the work he has done, I feel much better and some of the twinges have gone. The back got looked at too! Thanks, yet again, Ryan.

As usual, the massage was great and Ryan helped me with another problem that I had incurred just a little while before so all in all, exceptional as always. Thanks Ryan.

I would highly recommend! Ryan was extremely welcoming and the massage was great! Lots of trigger point work which has really helped. I will definitely be booking in again!
