Before the procedure Ryan really took his time, asked me a lot of questions and explained everything in great detail. The acupuncture itself didn't hurt at all and the room was really clean, comfortable and relaxing. Afterwards Ryan showed me some stretches to work on my shoulder and gave me some tips.
I felt really well taken care of during the whole process and will definitely be back!

I loved my experience at R&D, the atmosphere was really lovely and relaxed. Steph was great, she even gave me some tips to help my neck and back afterwards. Will definitely be coming back! x
