I had a sports massage focused on my legs, and it was exactly what I needed. I’ve been dealing with tight hamstrings and sore calves from training, and the therapist did an incredible job targeting those areas. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood how to work with athletic muscle tension. The pressure was deep and effective.
As a professional athlete, dealing with heavy, tight legs, I can’t recommend this enough. I’ll definitely be booking another session.

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. All "No Shows" will be charged the 50% booking fee. Late arrivals may affect the duration of the treatment. Arriving over 20 minutes late will result in cancellation and the application of a late cancellation fee.
