Balayage was not done with the proper technique which is disappointing as the salon is quite good otherwise. The colour was patchy and came out super orange/brassy

Went in for a trim and to fix my fringe as I was unhappy with how another salon cut it. The service was very efficient and friendly and Rachael was very clear about what she was doing and checked in with me at all times to make sure I was happy. I will be going back next time!
