Joanne always provides an excellent service; she knows what she's doing and will talk you through it all, checking in to make sure you're happy (but I'll always listen to her advise!)
Joanne did a fabulous job of my highlights. The service was great and she really listened to what I asked for.
Online booking worked great, had a double booking but salon called to discuss straight away. Haircut was great and pleased with it, hairdresser was nice too. Only drawback is I feel 35 is a bit expensive for a mans haircut.
