Came here today for a cut, advised the stylist I needed my hair to be more manageable. When asked what I was doing with a grown out fringe, I explained I was growing this and that I wanted some layers around the front so it blends in better. She said she didn't want to do this due to me wearing extensions, but she would try and thin out the fringe to help it blend in. Instead she cut the grown out fringe even shorter and now my hair is even harder to manage than what it was in the first place as it won't tie up or go behind my ears. I also left the salon with damp hair, which is an easy mistake to make due to how long and thick it is. However, I was charged an extra £10 due to this. I'm fed up of going to salons like this to be told they're not going to do what I've asked for and leaving with a style which I'm completely not happy with. I'm now nearly £40 down and feel that I should have just left my hair how it was!
I will not be returning here for a cut.
