When I walked in, I was immediately met by ginger hair on the floor? But cleanliness overall was fine. I was with Beth, and she did do everything fine, but she did pull my hair quite a bit even though I don’t really feel pain in my head. The head washing station was very uncomfortable and as a result, I have bruises on my neck. The hospitality though, was splendid. They offered me drinks and biscuits, which should be the norm for every salon. There was a bit of disturbance from other customers.

This was my first appointment with Sandra as she stepped in last minute for a colleague. I thought she was really great. She is very welcoming and patiently heard what I wanted, then gave some good suggestions, with a lot of attention to detail. Her experience and skills are fantastic. I came away a happy customer and would highly recommend Sandra!
