I booked a last minute appointment for a gel manicure. My therapist was lovely and very welcoming but she was very new as was evident in the finish of my nails. That’s ok I understand being new and learning, but to be charged the same price as a much more experience therapist didn’t sit right.
The whole appointment took 1 hour and 25 minutes and should have taken no longer than 45. She was asked she wash hair during my appointment, again not the best impression.
